Respalda is the system I use to help distributors run backups at scale: a Next.js control plane, a multi-tenant SFTP proxy that fans writes into shared storage, scheduled scans that flag stale restaurants, plus an Electron tray app that watches local backup folders and pushes deltas upstream.

Highlights

• Web panel — companies, restaurants, quotas, and email alerts when a site stops uploading on time
• SFTP proxy — unlimited restaurant accounts while a single storage backend holds the tree (CIF → slug → files)
• Desktop agent — Electron tray built for non-technical staff: token + path in, uploads + logs out
• Durable storage — encrypted object storage plus automated database dumps to S3-compatible buckets in production

Green's is the production site for a Málaga restaurant — the codebase is a single Next.js app backed by Prisma + SQLite, packaged for Docker so updates are repeatable. Owners rearrange sections with drag-and-drop, manage dishes and media without touching Markdown, and ship Spanish/English routes from the same dataset.

• SQLite file + Prisma migrations keep content portable; GitHub Actions builds arm64 images to GHCR for deployments

FineTuneIt is a Spanish-language series that turns papers, product launches, and model updates into tight vertical stories. I edit in Adobe Premiere Pro, then adapt captions, pacing, and crops so each drop feels native on TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels — same thesis, three feeds.
