Cursor Spain
Cursor Spain gives local communities one coherent place for cities, events, recaps, and organisers. I built the visual system and the publishing workflow together, so each city can feel local without the network becoming fragmented.
One directory, locally owned communities
Visitors need to find events across Spain, while each community needs a recognisable local page. I used a shared city and event structure, an ASCII map for the national directory, and local photography. The resulting site connects the network while keeping each city's events and organisers visible.
Make publishing part of the product
The site has to keep up with events and recaps from several organisers. I built Payload into the Next.js app to manage cities, events, media, translations, and organiser access together. Content updates use the same publishing system across the network.
