  1. Group the queue by operational state

    Assigned teams and interventions in progress have separate groups. Operators can scan the queue before opening a report.

  2. Keep the next action beside the report

    Status changes and closure stay in the incident panel, alongside its priority and location.

  3. Show the assignment in context

    The same panel shows the assigned team and a nearby team with an assign action. The queue remains visible behind it.

Different screens for different decisions

Planning a service and coordinating a live incident require different information. I kept a shared information model and designed separate interfaces for desk work, mobile use, and the command post. Mando concentrates on active reports; routine administration has its own space.

Keep the incident and its next action together

During a shift, operators need to assign teams and update reports while following the wider queue. I grouped reports by state and put assignment, status changes, and closure in the selected incident panel. The map gives teams a shared reference beyond the list of reports.

Police teams also used the shared map to locate attractions and casetas. During Semana Santa, paramedic and ambulance teams used it to find routes around processions. Mando was also deployed during San Juan 2026.

Give field media its own workflow

Large uploads, editing, and access permissions belong to a different workflow from incident coordination. I separated those tasks into Fototeca, with mobile intake, image and video processing, albums, and downloads. The operations interface can stay focused on the shift.
