Mineando
Mineando is no longer operating, but the engineering remains worth documenting. I built a hosting product where customers bought credit and launched Minecraft servers without routine provisioning work from an operator.

Let customers provision their own servers
Hourly hosting needs payment, provisioning, and server shutdown to agree. I connected a Next.js customer panel to Kubernetes, with background workers for billing and lifecycle events. A sidecar provided files, logs, and console access. Customers could buy credit and launch servers without routine manual provisioning.
What shipped
Mineando served paying customers with automated checkout, credit billing, and server operations. The service has since closed. This retrospective documents the product and infrastructure I built; it is no longer available to purchase.
